Position: Sr. Applications Support Administrator

Location: Aventura FL

Duration: Contract to hire

Job Requirement:

5 years of SaaS administration in high-growth or high-performance environments.

Proven expertise in:

Okta (policies app assignments provisioning)
JAMF / Apple Business Manager
Google Workspace Enterprise Admin
Zoom Enterprise (Events Webinars Licensing)
Zendesk PandaDoc NetSuite HubSpot Aloware JotForm

Strong cross-platform troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset.

Exceptional communication-able to translate technical detail into business impact.

Preferred Edge:

Scripting chops (PowerShell Bash or Python) to automate the routine.

Experience with Zapier Make (Integromat) or Google Apps Script.

Understanding of compliance frameworks (PCI HIPAA Zero Trust).
