Job Description
Job Title: Senior Business Central Consultant ERP Project Lead
Location: Memphis TN/Carson City NV
Employment Type: Full-time Onsite

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant with expertise in Production to lead ERP implementation projects and provide ongoing system support within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Business Central Production the ability to provide support across all modules and strong experience with Insight Works products. They must be able to work independently and confidently lead ERP initiatives from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Support
- Provide expert-level support for the Production module in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Offer functional support across all other Business Central modules (Finance Sales Purchasing Inventory etc.).
- Troubleshoot resolve and document ERP issues.
- Deliver user training and maintain documentation for ERP processes.
Project Leadership
- Lead ERP implementation upgrade and optimization projects from requirements gathering through go-live.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and maximize ERP capabilities.
- Manage project schedules resources and stakeholder communications.
- Oversee change management and ensure smooth user adoption.
Manufacturing & Insight Works Expertise
- Apply deep understanding of manufacturing operations including production planning BOMs routings shop floor control and capacity planning.
- Configure and support Insight Works add-ons such as Configurator Shop Floor Insight and Inventory Insight.
- Ensure smooth integration of Insight Works tools within Business Central for improved efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV in a manufacturing environment.
- Expert-level knowledge of the Production module and strong functional understanding of other ERP modules.
- Proven track record leading ERP projects in manufacturing.
- Strong experience with Insight Works products especially Configurator.
- Excellent troubleshooting problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification in Production.
