Business Development Representative
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our global team and drive growth in your this role you will be a key player in expanding our presence in the US market engaging with potential clients and creating meaningful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global business development sales and marketing teams to lead territory-specific growth initiatives.
- Prospect and qualify potential customers using multiple channels including emails cold calls social media and in-person events.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand prospective clients needs challenges and industry trends.
- Build and expand your network through face-to-face engagements in the US market.
- Develop strong long-term relationships with prospects and seamlessly hand them off to the sales team for further conversion.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and market penetration.
- Stay ahead of industry developments and competitors activities to spot new business opportunities and mitigate threats.
- Take ownership of KPIs track your progress diligently in HubSpot and continuously optimize your outreach strategies.
What will you put ahead:
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (or similar) (or similar) Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales business development or a similar field.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical research and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and driven to exceed targets.
- Willingness to travel approximately 1 week per month.
