What you ll do
Define and execute the domestic transportation strategy for NAMX in alignment with business objectives.
Oversee daily transportation execution across NAMX ensuring adherence to KPIs (on-time performance cost per unit claims etc.) addressing escalations and supporting operational excellence initiatives.
Lead carrier selection contract negotiations performance reviews and relationship management to ensure service reliability cost control and capacity assurance in collaboration with the purchasing teams
Develop and manage the domestic transportation budget track variances and drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising service.
Partner with warehousing supply planning customer service and international transportation teams to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution.
Lead mentor and develop the domestic transportation team fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on engagement skill-building and succession planning.

The salary for this role is $113000.00- $138000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
