Job Title: Warehouse Assistant (HiLo Operator)
Location: Wixom MI
Job Type: Full-Time

As a Warehouse Assistant youll play an important part in making sure products get where they need to go on time and in great condition. From stocking shelves to preparing shipments every day brings something new. If you like staying active working with a team and contributing to a positive work environment wed love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Receive inspect and organize incoming shipments and materials
Accurately pick pack and prepare orders for shipment
Maintain a clean safe and organized warehouse environment
Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks and forklifts if certified)
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management
Assist with loading and unloading trucks
Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
Support other warehouse and logistics tasks as needed

Qualifications

Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking (preferred)
Forklift certification a plus but training may be provided
Dependable team-oriented and self-motivated

Schedule & Compensation

Shift: First shift (typical hours M-F 6:00 am 4:00 pm Saturdays 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm)
Pay: $18/hour with raises based on performance!
Plenty of opportunities for overtime
