- St. Rose Siena Campus:
- 26-bed Level III NICU
- Average daily census of 22
- St. Rose San Martin Campus:
- 6-bed Level II NICU
- Average daily census of 3
- More intimate care setting
- As a Neonatologist at Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospitals you will:
- Provide high-quality clinical care to newborns in a 26-bed Level III NICU at the Siena Campus and a 6-bed Level II NICU at the San Martin Campus.
- Utilize advanced neonatal technologies including body cooling jet ventilation oscillators and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO).
- Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists such as pediatric surgery maternal-fetal medicine and OB hospitalists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Lead and participate in teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects.
- Work alongside a highly skilled nursing team and ancillary staff in a supportive collegial environment.
- Engage in flexible scheduling designed to promote a healthy work/life balance.
- Serve a rapidly growing vibrant community offering outstanding lifestyle and recreational opportunities.
- This is a permanent full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required.
