Job Description
Must Have:
- At least 8 to 10 years of business systems analyst experience including 3 years dedicated to CLM solutions with strong knowledge of Conga Apttus modules configurations data models and integration points.
- Experienced and knowledgeable Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and hands-on experience with Conga Apttus
- LinkedIn with a picture
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and how CLM integrates with CRM CPQ and ERP architecture.
Overview:
- We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and hands-on experience with Conga Apttus.
- 8 to 10 years of business systems analyst experience including 3 years dedicated to CLM solutions with strong knowledge of Conga Apttus modules configurations data models and integration points.
- Proven expertise in contract lifecycle management processes (drafting approvals negotiations e-signature renewals and obligations management).
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and how CLM integrates with CRM CPQ and ERP architecture.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT to analyze processes identify improvements and design scalable solutions.
- Lead requirements workshops and translate complex business needs into clear documentation (business requirements use cases process flows and specifications).
- Partner with technical teams to design solutions that align with overall business strategy and objectives.
- Develop and execute test plans coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira including facilitating standups and managing stories.
- Strong leadership collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across global teams and convey complex issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
