Job Description
Job Title: .NET / Azure Developer Hybrid (Conversion Opportunity)
Location: Arlington TX (Hybrid on-site required)
Type: Contract-to-Hire within 6 months)
NET / Azure Developer to join our team in Arlington TX. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence in the DFW area and offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with conversion expected within 6 months. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Microsoft technology stack and cloud solutions with a passion for delivering high-quality scalable applications. Key Responsibilities-
Design develop and maintain applications using framework and Azure cloud services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements design solutions and deliver high-performance applications.

Implement best practices for coding testing and deployment.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure application reliability and efficiency.

Participate in code reviews and mentoring junior team members.

Work in a hybrid environment ensuring presence on-site as required while maintaining productivity and collaboration.

Strong experience in .NET development and Azure cloud services.

Proven ability to work in a hybrid setup with on-site presence in Arlington TX / DFW area.

Must be able to convert from contract to full-time within 6 months.
