Job Title: .NET Developer with SQL & eCommerce Support Expertise
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented .NET Developer with strong expertise in SQL Server operational issue analysis application support and a solid understanding of eCommerce platforms and processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining supporting and enhancing business-critical applications with a focus on ensuring high availability and performance in a fast-paced digital commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development & Maintenance
- Design develop test and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core (C#).
- Create and manage RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Implement reusable components and solutions aligned with best coding practices.
- Database Development & Optimization
- Develop and optimize SQL Server queries stored procedures functions and views.
- Analyze and troubleshoot database performance issues deadlocks and slow-running queries.
- Manage and maintain database integrity and security standards.
- Operational Issues & Support Analysis
- Monitor application performance logs and alerts to proactively detect and resolve issues.
- Analyze production issues perform root cause analysis (RCA) and apply corrective/preventive actions.
- Collaborate with DevOps or infrastructure teams to resolve environment-related issues.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Serve as L4 support for internal applications and services.
- Respond to incidents service requests and system outages in a timely manner.
- Document support issues resolutions and update knowledge base for future reference.
- eCommerce Platform Integration & Support
- Support integrations between internal systems and eCommerce platforms (e.g. Magento Shopify custom platforms).
- Ensure smooth order processing payment gateway integration inventory updates and shipping workflows.
- Monitor eCommerce transaction failures API errors and user experience issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 6 years of experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core (C#) WCF services Web services Java script.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (2016 and above) with srong knowledge in Stored procedures and SSIS packages.
- Experience in analyzing operational/production issues and application support
- Knowledge of eCommerce systems shopping carts order lifecycle and third-party integrations
- Proficiency with tools like Postman Fiddler or Wireshark for API troubleshooting
- Familiarity with source control tools (e.g. Github)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
