We are seeking a highly strategic results-driven and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong manufacturing background. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional management skills to oversee the organizations financial health operational efficiency and statutory compliance. This role requires a leader who can manage cash flow balance fund availability and lead teams across multiple functions and locations including Finance & Accounts Costing SAP/IT Logistics and Inventory.

• Cash Flow & Fund Management: Oversee weekly cash flow balancing inflows and outflows to align with operational demands. The goal is to maximize resource utilization while minimizing bank expenses and interest costs.

• Receivables & Payables: Maintain accurate SAP records for debtors and creditors ensuring timely collection follow-up reconciliation and reporting to enhance cash flow efficiency.

• Operational Finance & Control: Ensure timely reconciliation of all critical ledgers. Supervise purchase orders work orders Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and billing processes across all units to ensure accurate management information systems (MIS).

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare review and present MIS reports annual budgets cash flow reports and bank reconciliations. The CFO will monitor variances provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.

• Budgeting & Planning: Lead the annual budgeting process secure management approval and consistently monitor performance against budgets reporting variances promptly.

• Treasury & Investment: Manage treasury activities monitor investment opportunities and provide trend analysis and strategic recommendations for optimal fund utilization and risk mitigation.

• Inventory & Cost Management: Collaborate with operations to maintain optimal inventory levels reduce stock blockage and prevent production stoppages. The CFO will support cost control initiatives by analyzing direct costs and implementing efficiency projects.

• Internal Controls & Audits: Implement and oversee internal control frameworks conduct quarterly internal audits and enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the organization.

• SAP & IT Systems: Work closely with the SAP and IT teams to ensure data integrity cybersecurity and the effective utilization of system functionalities for comprehensive operational control. This includes routing all plant operations through SAP.

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead motivate and develop the finance and accounts teams. This involves identifying skill gaps facilitating training programs and planning for succession to ensure leadership continuity.

• Statutory & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure diligent adherence to all tax GST customs and government scheme requirements including timely filings and audit preparations to mitigate legal and financial risks.

• External Relationships: Liaise with banks statutory bodies and government agencies to maintain strong relationships and ensure compliance.
