Job Description
Direct responsibilities
- Generating following up and closing on leads from clients vendors and contacts
- Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise requirements and making presentations accordingly
- Producing detailed proposals for weddings / celebrations with the help of the team
- Sourcing and negotiating with hotels with the help of contracting & product teams
- Leading brainstorming sessions for conceptualization of new themes
Indirect responsibilities
- Be associated with the planning of the event from start to finish according to requirements
Skills:
- Should have adequate product knowledge of wedding and celebrations destinations and venues both in India as well as overseas
- Should demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational abilities superb interpersonal skills multi-tasking skills and excellent time-management
- Should reinforce client relations improve the organizations image
- Must be detail oriented quality conscious and have a good design aesthetic
- Should be able to network with HNIs and bring in new leads
- Must be able to work under pressure and on various projects simultaneously and autonomously; ability to multi-task is essential
- Must have strong negotiating skills with hotels and vendors
- Analyticalskills to evaluate the events success and learn from the feedback
