TITLE PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ANALYST/ BUSINESS ANALYST

LOCATION RALIEGH NC

DURATION 12 MONTHS

We have some urgent requirements with at least 8 years experience as Process Improvement Analyst/ Business Analyst to partner closely with leadership frontline staff and IT teams to analyze current workflows identify pain points and design more efficient user-friendly and sustainable ways of delivering services.

MANDATORY MUST HAVE:

Business process improvement process engineering or operational excellence roles
Proven success in process mapping gap analysis and redesign of complex multi-step workflows.
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process optimization methodologies.
Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills comfortable working with both frontline employees and executives.
Prior experience in government DMV public sector or high-volume service delivery environments is a plus.
Comfortable managing ambiguity and driving clarity from complex situations.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Organizational Development or a related field (or equivalent experience).
State experience preferred.
