Location: Charlotte NC - Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote)

ServiceNow Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow development efforts including workflows customizations integrations and module implementations (including ServiceNow GRC).

Provide production support to ensure availability performance and stability of business-critical applications.

Manage and guide small technical teams in an Agile (Scrum) environment including sprint planning retrospectives and delivery tracking.

Act as a liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.

Oversee incident problem and change management processes using ServiceNow.

Identify gaps in workflows and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Coach mentor and influence team members - not just as a senior developer but as a strategic leader with a vision for best practices and operational excellence.

Enforce compliance with IT standards policies and procedures while driving continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

6-8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow application development (with focus on GRC platform technologies workflows and integrations).

Proficiency with JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting and customization.

2 years providing production support in enterprise IT settings.

1 2 years of experience leading small teams or acting in a team leadership capacity.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong organizational and communication skills with proven ability to lead through influence.

Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

ITIL certification or working knowledge of ITIL processes.

Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems.

Background in incident problem and change management using ServiceNow.

Familiarity with enterprise-level escalation and support processes.
