Job Description:
The Contractor Engagement Program Manager (EPM) (KEY PERSONNEL) shall provide centralized administration of all deliverables submitted under this SOW. The EPM is required to correspond present and participate in senior leadership discussions with the OPR/ COR OPR/Program Manager and OPR/Division leadership to ensure contract requirements and deliverables are acceptable and meet expectations of this SOW and accepted by the OPR COR.
The Contractor EPM shall assist in planning directing or coordinating the work and performance of all contractor personnel assigned to the contract. Duties and responsibilities include assisting in formulating policies managing daily operations and planning the use of materials and human resources but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration such as personnel purchasing or administrative services. The Contractor PM shall be available to engage in on-site meetings as required within a 24-hour notification within a 50-mile radius of Washington D.C. Time required to be available at any location beyond the 50-mile radius will be agreed upon with the COR/CO and the Contractor.
Education/Experience: Must have a bachelors degree in business or related field and at least eight (8) years specialized experience; or ten (10) years general experience. General experience is experience gained in an office setting. Specialized experience must include at least three (3) years program management experience and two (2) years of specialized experience in managing complex business functions or activities and overseeing the work of employees charged with delivering products and services.
The EPM shall be responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of the Task Order services with the COR/ACOR and/or Government Acquisition PM. The EPM must be identified at the time of Task Order award.
