Required Education:
Bachelors degree or College degree or equivalent work experience in Information Security.
Mandatory Qualifications & Skills:
5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst on complex cross-functional projects.
Proven hands-on experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) governance and administration.
Specific significant experience with CyberArk is a firm requirement not just familiarity.
Technical curiosity and comfort with running SQL queries to investigate data and project details.
Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement metrics creation and dashboard development.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio.
Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent work experience in Information Security.
Relevant certifications in IAM or data governance.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement PAM governance frameworks including policies procedures and standards aligned with NIST and ISO 27001.
Conduct risk assessments related to privileged access and develop mitigation strategies.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on PAM solutions serving as the subject matter expert for cross-functional teams.
Drive continuous improvement of PAM processes and technologies.
Define KPIs and metrics creating dashboards and regular reports for senior management on governance effectiveness.
Develop and deliver training programs on PAM principles for employees and stakeholders.
