Job Summary
Description of the role:
The Automotive Service Advisor at Ozark Chevrolet will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate services and repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with vehicle service needs
- Communicate effectively with customers and service technicians
- Provide accurate estimates and recommendations for services
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive service advising preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingto submit to a pre-employment background check
- Valid drivers license
- Attendance and punctualityare critical to the success of this positions essential functions

The Service Advisor is the most challenging and MOST rewarding position in the Dealership opening doors to growth and opportunity not only in your professional but your personal life as well. You must be attentive to detail able to work at a fast pace able to multi-task enjoy turning a potentially bad situation and turning it into the best experience that the customer has ever had at a car dealership.
