Position Overview
The US Partnership Success Director will lead the implementation and ongoing success of our Tech Challenge program with school districts counties and state education agencies. This role ensures that educators and students receive maximum value from our programs and products by building strong relationships with partners supporting adoption and driving measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship-builder with deep knowledge of K12 education systems a passion for design challenge learning and strong communication and program management skills. The role works closely with counterparts across the organization to ensure products are continually improving and responsive to learner needs. This exempt role reports to the VP of Programs.
Responsibilities
- Partnership Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for district county and state education partners
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with administrators educators and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with partners to align STEM programs with local curriculum standards and student learning goals
- Identify potential partnerships with other STEM learning organizations to support the full continuum of STEM career pathways
- Program Implementation and Success
- Lead onboarding and training for educators to ensure successful adoption of STEM learning products and services
- Monitor program rollout and provide ongoing support to ensure high-quality implementation
- Track and report on key success metrics including student engagement educator adoption and program impact
- Strategic Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (product R&D marketing etc.) to ensure program delivery meets partner needs
- Provide feedback from the field to inform product enhancements and future product development
- Support grant and funding alignment efforts by collaborating with state and district leaders
- Professional Learning and Support
- Coordinate and sometimes facilitate professional development sessions for educators
- Develop resources and communications to support educators and administrators year-round
- Highlight success stories and share best practices to strengthen partnerships and community impact
Requirements and Skills
- 5 years of experience in K-12 education program management or partnerships (STEM or instructional programs strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of district county and state education structures policies and decision-making processes
- Experience implementing or supporting large-scale education programs
- Excellent communication facilitation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze data track progress and present results to diverse stakeholders
- Willingness to travel as needed to support district county and state partners
- Bachelors degree in Education STEM field or related experience required. Advanced degree preferred.
Working Conditions and Schedule
- Schedule includes weekend and evening work as programmatic and organizational business needs require.
- This is an on-site role with the possibility of flexibility for working some days at an alternative work location. Flexibility will vary depending on the needs of the job.
