アサインされたプロジェクト業務についてスケジュール管理を行い実行する
装置管理(FDC)の基本コンセプトを理解し各エリアとFDC活動を改善する
FDCコントローラーの開発生産への適応最適化効果的で効率的な斬新なソリューションの提供を行う
IoTを用いたシステムの変更管理とMetric改善を実行する
Business processの改善や品質向上のための方策を実施
FDCシステムのトラブルシューティング
最良のソリューションを提供するためローカルレベルとグローバルレベルのプロジェクトチームとのコラボレーションを実施
日々のFDC Health Check Activityをリードする他部署(PEEME)のメンバーと協力し設定漏れFalse alarmやChronic OOCを検出し低減させる

In semiconductor manufacturing proper monitoring (Fault Detect Classification) of processing data collected from equipment is used to minimize product impact through early detection of equipment abnormalities identify problems and consider preventive measures and improve quality and yield. This is the key technology for achieving this goal. The FDC Engineer will work with the Process/Equipment Engineer to continuously improve the early detection of equipment abnormalities improve business processes related to FDC and develop effective monitoring addition he collaborates with Microns Global Team and the FDC team of overseas production Fabs and is involved in business process improvement projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing their schedule and implementing assigned projects.
Understanding the basic concepts of equipment control (FDC) and performing FDC activities for each process area.
Developing FDC controllers adapting and optimizing them for production and providing effective efficient and innovative solutions.
Implementing system change management and metric improvement using IoT.
Improving the FDC business process to ensure quality output in partnership with stakeholders.
Troubleshooting FDC systems that affect each area and the Fab equipment control models.
Collaborating with local and global project teams to leverage the best solutions possible.
Leading the daily FDC health check. Collaborating with members from other departments (PEE ME) to reduce setting mistakes false alarms and chronic OOC.
Qualifications: (not required to meet all)
A general knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) FDC and data analysis.
A basic knowledge of statistics and statistical calculations.
A basic understanding of Fab equipment hardware.
A basic understanding of IoT technology.
A basic understanding of the defence line concept.
Problem solving skills based on data analysis.
The ability to understand present teach and develop technical subjects.
understanding of the communication and data flow between Fab equipment and its IT hosts.
The ability to communicate and work well with other team members whether internal/external of the group.
Have strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Powerpoint).
Basic English communication skills (high school graduation level) and basic Japanese communication skills (daily conversation level).
Education and Experience:
BS in an engineering related field or equivalent experience.
