Casual Senior Care Assistant

Do you want to make a real and positive difference to the lives of older people We are looking for people that have the right values attitude and behaviours to join our team and we are currently recruiting for a Casual Senior Care Assistant.

This is a casual position and you will be required to cover for existing staff sickness and holidays.

As a Senior Care Assistant you will need to hold an level 2 diploma or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3. In addition you will have experience leading coaching and motivating a team to deliver high quality care.

Our committed team provides care to more than 1000 adults across Lancashire. It runs 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centreswhere the team provides support for older people adults living with dementia and their families. We have recently been awarded the national Customer Service Excellence Standard and received special recognition for our hard work.

We offer all the training and support you need to reach your full potential. We will begin by supporting you through your induction. The Care Certificate will form part of your comprehensive induction programme. We will also pay for your training and offer opportunities to progress!
