Responsibilities:

Be responsible for US Fab costing independence including but not limited to:

Maintain and update standard cost per newest requirement.
Weekly analysis for absorption production cost variance Purchase price variance Scrap and so on.
Handle analysis month close costing section including costs related accounting entries and MFG variance (ABSPPV scrap E&O and so on) flux analysis RMA and warranty related.
Monthly forecast and bridge analysis.
Quarterly standard cost update labor and OH rate calculation
Inventory cycle count and physical count auditinventory flux analysis and reconciliation
Provide cost related file for external and internal(SOX) audit
Involve in ad hoc assignments and projects.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Finance or related discipline
At least 4 years finance related experience in multinational manufacturing companies 2 year costing related experience is preferable.
Good oral English communication skills
Passionate about process improvement analysis and learning new skills.
Experienced in business partnership and influential skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills Good team work spirit
Familiar Oracle Hyperion Essbase is plus
