Primary Responsibilities:
In charge of AR module playing as key user.
Prepare monthly receivable aging report timely and accurately collect receivables timely and distribute to management at least twice a month.
Send SOA to 3rd parties customers at quarterly basis make sure HBCs record reconciled with customers.
Organize monthly receivable meeting and ensure the meetings efficiency & effectiveness and make sure the action plan be completed on time.
Follow up the latest credit policy.
Do accounting treatment of incoming payment in SAP timely and accurately.
Come up with suggestion of collection back of overdue.
Make sure other tasks assigned by FC done timely and accurately.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in accounting finance or related majors or have an intermediate accounting title.
At least 5 years related working experience.
Sound knowledge of credit control tax & foreign exchange laws and regulations.
Skilled in SAP system. Fluency in both English and mandarin.
Strong communication skills and team work.
Personal Skills:
Good sense of responsibilities
Good computer skills (MS excel word power-point etc.).
Familiar with the basic concepts principles and uses of core SBS tools such as Strategy Deployment Value Stream Management Core Value Drivers etc. and able to participate in related improvement activities and perform assigned tasks.
