WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A HOME APPLIANCE SERVICE MANAGER
In this management role youll begin your day at our central Torrance hub where you prepare to lead your team into the field. Your responsibilities will include managing technician performance providing hands-on technical support and ensuring that all service work meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for monitoring budgets controlling labor costs and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and addition to supervising field operations you will also handle administrative duties assist with recruiting and training new team members and contribute to business development initiatives.
WHEN WILL YOU WORK
This is a full-time management position Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
