We began as an appliance service company and have expanded into a one-stop company providing plumbing electrical air conditioning heating vent cleaning commercial refrigeration and comprehensive appliance repair and maintenance services. Carter Services is based in Torrance California and serves Orange County the South Bay Los Angeles and beyond.

This is a full-time management position Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
As Appliance Service Manager you will begin your day at our central Torrance hub preparing to lead your team into the field. Youll oversee daily operations guide technicians and ensure every job meets our high standards. Youll manage budgets control labor costs and develop strategies to boost revenue. From providing technical support to recruiting top talent your leadership will shape the success of our service team. Youll split your time between the field and the office ensuring smooth operations happy clients and a motivated team.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in residential appliance service and repairs (Wolf Sub-Zero Bosch)
- Valid drivers license and a good driving record
- Extensive experience in warranty work safety quality control business development and customer care
