We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our sales team. The ISR will play a crucial role in driving revenue through channel partnerships managing inbound and outbound sales efforts identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention. This role requires a proactive approach to sales support and a keen ability to maintain strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Call Management: Handle calls with qualified leads provided by BDRs to drive business growth. Identify customer needs and manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle to ensure effective engagement and successful outcomes.
- Cultivate Channel Partnership: Maintain and build relationships with key channel partners serving as main point of contact assisting with daily activities and developing leads and opportunities ultimately driving new business with and through the channel partners. Primary activities include lead handling management with the Account Executive and channel partner; supporting channel programs at the field level; performing onboarding and training; maintaining data accuracy of channel information within Salesforce; order inquiry reinforcement/support; and collaboration with Channel Marketing on all programs and communications.
- Opportunity Generation:Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls emails and online communications to generate sales opportunities.
- Opportunity Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of qualified sales prospects and actively manage follow-ups to close deals.
- Sales Support: Assist AEs in their daily activities including preparing sales materials managing documentation and following up on customer inquiries.
- Sales Tools Utilization: Use CRM and other sales tools to track interactions update customer information and generate reports for analysis and strategy development.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple appointments tasks and support activities efficiently.
- Sales Techniques: Familiarity with sales techniques and processes to support the sales team effectively.
- CRM Proficiency:Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce managing customer interactions and tracking sales activities.
- Detail-oriented: High attention to detail for accurate order processing and documentation management.
- Problem-solving Skills: Ability to address client inquiries and support AEs in resolving issues promptly.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with BDRs AEs and other team members
- Travel may be required up to 10%
