Job Summary

Position Summary
The Compensation Manager is an integral part of the human resources team responsible for administering the wage and salary administration programs and compensation initiatives to support the goals and objectives of the University. The position ensures compensation programs are administered fairly consistently and in compliance with government regulations as well as University standards and policies. Additionally this position is responsible for auditing data and insuring compliance with all Compensation programs.
