Job Summary
P and L Production Support Specialist BA SeniorKey ResponsibilitiesTrack analyze and resolve production incidents; communicate status updates to stakeholdersSchedule and monitor processes orchestrated in Control M ensuring timely and accurate executionFine-tune performance of production processes for optimal efficiency and reliabilityMaintain thorough records of incidents and resolutions using Service Now and ticket management systemsCollaborate within an agile squad facilitating communication and support across teamsQuickly grasp and manage complex information related to financial derivatives Market Risk and P and LPropose and document user stories or evolutions to the P and L platformRequired Qualifications3 years of experience in production support of critical batch processes IT operations or similar technical roleProficient in SQL and Excel for data analysis and troubleshootingHands-on experience tracking and managing batch processes with Control M Job as Code is desirableExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsEffective communicator fluent in both English and Spanish written and spokenAbility to work collaboratively within an agile team environmentExperience in the financial sector especially with financial derivativesNice-to-Have QualificationsFamiliarity with information originated in Murex big data technology Cloudera Databricks Airflow Spark Scala analytics platforms such as Activevian MARS QlikKnowledge in Market Risk P and L platformsExperience with Service Now or similar ticketing systems
