About the role.
What youll be doing.
The Mixer Operatoris responsiblefor blendingand shredding productaccording to quality and product specification sheets customersatisfactionand company operator will also record and verify findings coach other team members in the mixing room and help with area sanitation as needed.
A strong candidate for this role will also be able to work successfully with various moving mechanical parts food fumes airborne particles extreme cold extreme heat and loud noise levels. This role works 3rd Shift (10PM-6AM) Monday-Friday.
What youll need to be successful.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience working in manufacturing is required food manufacturing strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Ability to read comprehend and communicate in basic English and interact with all levels of the organization
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form
- Ability to analyze data and draw logical conclusions with minimal guidance
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to successfully work with various technologies and computer programs
- Ability to bend often and lift at least 50 pounds to various heights
- Ability tooperatePowered Industrial Vehicles (walkie-rider forklift etc.)

Compensation Package:$ - $ Starting at 26.21 USD hourly Bonus eligibility Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience skill set education and training and other organizational needs.
