The position
As aSeniorPython Developerat agap2 you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects over the years based on your experience and interests. Projects within industries such as Banking Fintech Telco Retail Sports and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
As aSenior Python Developer you will combine technically challenging work with meaningful social impact. Youll play a key role in an innovative tool designed to optimize grid capacity through accurate capacity calculations and flexible contract forms. Your work will directly support theenergy transitionby improving insights decision-making and preventing grid congestion.
- Develop optimize and maintain theFlex Toolkit ensuring seamless integration with systems such asPowerFactory Setiam and SAP.
- Collaborate across multiple teams gathering user feedback via workshops and refining features based on business needs.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning and refinement sessions.
- Work on low-level designs for solutions to address grid congestion.
- Support colleagues share knowledge and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate product development steps with Product Owners and Epic Owners.
What you bring to the position
- Ahigher professional education (HBO) levelof working and thinking preferably in Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of professional experienceas a Python Developer with strong skills in GUI and tool development.
- SQL Git Azure Cloud Databricks CI/CD pipelines
- Frontend frameworks such asReact Angular or JavaScript(nice-to-have)
- Strongdata analysis skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with Agile ways of working (Scrum/DevOps).
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for coaching and mentoring colleagues
