HTML CSS JavaScript jQuery Good Design Sense Knowledge of CSS Libraries like Bootstrap & FoundationUnderstanding of Usability and AccessibilityEye for Pixel perfect UI

Good to Have

Photoshop and Illustrator Skills; Knowledge of Front End Frameworks like Polymer etc.
