As the Task Leader you will divide your focus between leading the quality programmes governance and ensuring its operational execution.

• Lead the quality governance framework to ensure full compliance with the Airbus Business Management System and all applicable requirements for the Out of Production Programmes perimeter.

• Deploy quality standards & promote a Right-First-Time cultureacross all programme functions.

• Ensure a proper Program Surveillance byCollaborating with all Quality functions (Quality Engineering DOA and POA Compliance Monitoring Procurement Quality) to contribute to the definition of the internal audit program and thus ensure process adherence and maturity.

• Organise and coordinateteam activities to provide operational support across all programme quality topics.

• Ensure identification ofemerging quality issues and risks at an operational level.

• Oversee and monitor the operational management of all non-conformities including Quality Survey Reports (QSR) Safety Related Items (SARI) and in-service issues ensuring timely resolution.

• Act as a key facilitator for complex problem-solving applying Practical Problem Solving (PPS) methodologies to guide teams to effective root cause eradication.

• Contribute to continuous improvement projects by providing quality expertise and operational support.

Expected competencies and experience

• Programme & Project management skills and competences

• Ability to properly structure and facilitate problem-solving end-to-end from root cause identification and solution definition to the structural extension of the solution into the processes.

• Very good knowledge on Airbus Business Management System BMS & quality standards

• EASA Part 21 regulation

• Very good communication skills at all organizational levels

• Strong stakeholder management and change management

• Ability to give meaning and influence

• Proactivity and collaboration

• Experience in multiple functions will be an asset (manufacturing engineering procurement programme)

• English negotiation level
