The Compensation Partner Product & Engineering will be responsible for the implementation and integration of our compensation strategy. Ideally this person thrives in a fast-paced environment and naturally operates with a strategic mentality and an orientation towards problem-solving. They will closely partner with cross-functional teams and align Stripes compensation philosophy with business strategy.
