Were looking for a Human Resources Director to join our Executive Leadership Team serving both Chick-fil-A MacCorkle Ave and Chick-fil-A Southridge Center. This role is pivotal in shaping our people strategy supporting our team members and ensuring that our restaurants remain a workplace of excellence and growth.
What Youll Do
Human Resources Leadership
- Lead the interview process for leadership and team member roles ensuring alignment with Chick-fil-As values.
- Manage team member relationsproviding guidance resolving conflicts and addressing HR issues in a timely professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local employment regulations including documentation policies and reporting.
- Oversee onboarding offboarding and HR-related processes to ensure a consistent and positive team experience.
- Drive engagement through recognition programs anniversary rewards morale initiatives and development opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Owner/Operator and leadership team balancing the needs of the business with the well-being of team members.
- Partner with leaders to identify and develop internal talent for future growth.
Administrative & Strategic Support
- Maintain accurate HR records and files while safeguarding sensitive information.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to create and implement HR policies and best practices.
- Support payroll benefits administration and scheduling as needed.
- Provide input on organizational structure and long-term people development strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Human Resources experience required (minimum 2 years Director-level preferred).
- Strong leadership conflict-resolution and communication skills.
- Proficient in HR software Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Open availability.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs if needed.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay up to $24/hr (Full-Time Open Availability).
- Overall Expected Annual Compensation: $63250.
