Join us as a Regional Vendor Planning Manager.

Are you ready to lead a high-impact team at the heart of our global supply chain operations Join us as a Regional Vendor Planning Manager and take charge of a dynamic team that connects the dots between our plants procurement teams and strategic suppliers. Your mission Ensure seamless supply planning resolve critical issues and drive supplier performance across the region

What Youll Do:

  1. Supply planning
  • Lead complex supply planning initiatives including NPI and Phase In/Phase Out projects.
  • Run RCCP analyses and proactively prevent customer disruptions.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and plants to ensure forecast accuracy and inventory optimization.
  • Champion data integrity and escalate IT issues when needed.
  • Own the vendor planning metrics and support global supply chain goals.

  1. Supplier crisis management
  • Be the go-to leader for top supplier issues and red alerts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional task forces to tackle Tier 1 & Tier 2 supplier challenges.
  • Forecast premium freight spend and support cost recovery efforts.
  • Visit suppliers on-site during crisis situations and lead resolution strategies.

  1. Supplier development
  • Drive forecast accuracy and implement SIOP with strategic suppliers.
  • Standardize MRP parameters and reduce premium freight year-over-year.
  • Support transportation mode shifts and supplier scorecard initiatives.
  • Ensure 100% ANS penetration and minimize past due components.

  1. People Management
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team through coaching performance reviews and succession planning.
  • Align team goals with global strategies and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Forecast team needs and manage budget impact.
  • Promote best practices and standardization across the vendor planning function.

  1. Health security environment emergency situations- individual responsibilities
  • Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with HSE regulations.
  • Actively participate in emergency response and safety training.
  • Champion environmental sustainability and responsible equipment use

What We Need:

  • Experience:5 years supply chain experience - supply planning production planning SIOP.
  • Education:University degree in engineering or economics.
  • Language Skills:Advanced English proficiency.
  • Tools: Microsoft Office (Excel Word Power Point) SAP LMS O9 processes (Demand & supplier planning SIOP MPS BOM MRP).
