Heres what this roles all about:
- Devising the overall product improvement strategy.
- Understanding our users their needs user experience barriers and how we can overcome them.
- Understanding the market in order to better position our product in what concerns innovation and customer/partner relationship.
- Interdepartmental collaboration- Coordinating in-houseand third-party teams in order to launch new projects and products all the while ensuring end-to-end strategy and execution.
- Setting and achieving goals for product improvement - Searching for relevant metrics and benchmarks to measure and track the evolution of the project.
- Translating technical details into benefits for the user.
- Controlling improvement queues: backlog sprints new features etc.
- Generating higher demand.
- Coordinating and guiding efforts in product improvement and user experience enhancements.

- Bachelors Degree in Project Management Business Marketing or any related areas.
- Proficient in data mining analytics and problem solving.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (design content engineering acquisition product sales technology);
- Strong analytical thinker.
- Result-driven.
- Experience in product or project management and marketing.
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies scrum kanban etc.
- Ability to work interdepartmentally pitch ideas to different stakeholders across the organization and communicate effectively in order to get your idea across(speak other peoples language).
