Territory Sales Manager (Field Services sales exp. req.) Responsibilities
Develop new business in landscape maintenance work and construction
Target diverse sectors including retail municipal and other commercial properties
Navigate and build relationships with key decision makers
Conduct property assessments for landscaping needs
Drive 100% client renewal rates by maintaining long-standing relationships
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients
Collaborate with the branch team to deliver seamless service execution
Participate in local community events to enhance business visibility
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the territory
Provide timely reports and feedback on sales activities to management
Territory Sales Manager (Field Services sales exp. req.) Qualifications
3 years of field service sales experience required
Familiarity or interest in landscaping required
Strong communication and presentation skills required
Valid drivers license and ability to travel up to 50% locally required
