As a Salesforce Sr. Developer you will drive digital innovation leading critical technology initiatives with global teams. Youll design and implement solutions impacting millions worldwide supporting Volvos vision for autonomous electric and connected vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Development
Lead development and implementation using APEX Application Development APEX Custom APIs APEX Debugging and Logging APEX Integration with External Systems APEX Optimization and Best Practices APEX Trigger Development Salesforce Apex Development Salesforce Architecture Salesforce Community Cloud (Experience Cloud) Salesforce DevOps (Gearset Copado) Salesforce Flows and Process Builder Salesforce LWC Framework Salesforce Marketing Cloud Salesforce Platform Administration Salesforce Sales Cloud Salesforce Service Cloud.
Design build and maintain scalable solutions supporting global operations.
Collaborate closely with USA stakeholders across product management and engineering.
Promote technical excellence through code reviews architecture decisions and best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner internationally using Microsoft Teams Slack SharePoint and Azure DevOps.
Participate in Agile processes and sprint planning.
Share knowledge and maintain technical documentation across regions.
Support 24/7 operations through on-call rotations and incident management.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Research emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
Contribute to roadmap planning and architecture decisions.
Mentor junior team members and encourage knowledge sharing.
Lead and work comfortably with Aura Components Aura to LWC Experience Cloud Partner Portals Sales and Service Cloud.
What youll bring
Professional Experience
5 to 8 years hands-on experience in software development system administration or related fields.
Deep expertise in APEX Application Development APEX Custom APIs APEX Debugging and Logging APEX Integration with External Systems APEX Optimization and Best Practices APEX Trigger Development Salesforce Apex Development Salesforce Architecture Salesforce Community Cloud (Experience Cloud) Salesforce DevOps (Gearset Copado) Salesforce Flows and Process Builder Salesforce LWC Framework Salesforce Marketing Cloud Salesforce Platform Administration Salesforce Sales Cloud Salesforce Service Cloud with proven implementation success.
Experience collaborating with global teams across time zones.
Preferred industry knowledge in automotive manufacturing or enterprise software.
Technical Proficiency
