Job Description

White House Clinics seeks a visionary Director of Human Resources to lead our HR functions and build processes and policies that foster a rewarding workplace for the nearly 350 health professionals working across our five county service area. This is aFULL-TIME ON SITE POSITION!
At White House Clinics we do health care differently. Our multi-disciplinary care teams incorporate the expertise of medical dental behavioral health pharmacy and care navigation professionals to provide patients with comprehensive care designed to help them achieve their health goals. Position Summary
The Director of Human Resources is a key member of the leadership team responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the organizations goals and enhance the employee experience. This role oversees all human resources functions including talent acquisition employee relations performance management compliance compensation and benefits workforce development and HR policy.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for all aspects of human resources in alignment with organizational goals and mission.
Lead workforce planning recruitment and retention strategies to support a high-performing team.
Oversee employee relations including conflict resolution investigations and compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
Guide and support management in performance management coaching and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all federal state and local employment laws and HR best practices.
Administer and evaluate employee benefits and compensation programs to remain competitive and cost-effective.
Manage HR team and budget fostering professional growth and high performance.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and systems optimizing technology to deliver simple and effective self-service features to employees.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of employment law HR best practices and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience managing organizational change and developing people strategies.
Preferred:
Masters degree or HR certifications (e.g. SHRM-SCP SPHR).
Experience in healthcare nonprofit or community-based settings.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Reports to the Chief Executive Officer
SUPERVISION EXERCISED
The Director of Human Resources will provide direct supervision to departmental team.
