Job Overview
Clauser Tree Care is seeking a reliable organized and customer-focused Scheduling Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Chalfont this key administrative role youll be the first point of contact for our valued clients-answering inquiries scheduling appointments and helping coordinate the daily activities of our certified arborists. Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route 30-40 inbound calls daily in a professional courteous manner
- Schedule and coordinate estimates and service appointments for certified arborists
- Check and respond to daily voicemail and email messages
- Draft and send service proposals memos and client communications via email
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and paper filing systems
- Order and track inventory of office supplies
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service administrative support or scheduling preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gmail required
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Maps is a plus
- Friendly professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office setting
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma required; additional admin or office training a bonus
- Knowledge of Bucks and Montgomery Counties preferred
