Job Summary

Innovative Staff Solutions is growing and we are seeking a qualified Assistant Branch Manager to add to our internal team. This full-time position is based in our Owensboro KY office. Ideal candidates will have impeccable customer service and communication skills a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced people-centric environment. Responsibilities:

Interview and process candidatesfor available job opportunities.

Assist the Branch Manager in daily branch operation including payroll reporting etc.

Communicate withclients via phone email and in person.

Enter documentation into our HRsystem.

Process new hire paperwork for alltemporary employees placed on assignment.

HR duties including recruiting benefits time and attendance counseling Workmans Comp and employee relations.

Requirements:

2-year degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience preferably in a leadership role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Detail oriented organized and able to work efficiently despite interruptions.

Able to supervise train and motivate staff.

Excellent communicationskills both verbally and written.

Highly dependable and able to work M-F 8-5pm OT asneeded.
