Key Accountabilities

• Lead data governance activities including issue logging data lineage and quality monitoring across business functions.

• Oversee the production validation and accuracy of risk reporting (KRIs control testing losses and complaints).

• Partner with data owners stewards model owners and technology teams to resolve data integrity issues and deliver sustainable solutions.

• Develop automated dashboards heatmaps and risk reporting tools for senior leaders.

• Maintain clear documentation for data sources definitions and validation processes.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Data Governance Compliance and Risk to ensure alignment with companywide standards.

• Support exam and audit readiness by providing accurate reliable and auditable risk data outputs.

• Recommend process and reporting improvements to increase efficiency and insight.

Education & Experience

Required

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Data Science Risk Management or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5 years in data risk management operational risk or data analytics

• 3 years with SQL or other data analytics platforms (e.g. Tableau Power BI)

Preferred

• Masters degree in Data Science Finance or Risk

• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)

• Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP)

• Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP)

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
