About the role:
We are seeking a Contract Manager to own Ambients commercial contracting from intake to signature. Youll lead complex negotiations drive faster cycle times manage risk and shape the legal framework that supports our companys growth.
What youll do:
Lead commercial contracting with enterprise customers including MSAs DPAs Order Forms NDAs and channel agreements
Align sales finance product and other departments on key legal terms and decisions
Review and negotiate vendor contracts for policy alignment risk tolerance and commercial objectives
Maintain and enforce playbooks fallback positions and templates to improve speed and consistency
Improve contracting processes and tooling to scale efficiently
What youll bring:
5 years of experience as a senior paralegal or contract manager who delivers attorney caliber work product and judgment
Exceptional written and spoken communication skills with precision and brevity
Strategic negotiator who brings creative pragmatism to balance risk with outcomes
Fast learner that can operate independently in dynamic environments and apply business judgement on complex issues
Builder at heart with passion for improving processes and scalability
Excited to be first legal hire with ample room for growth
