• Assist with water damage mitigation including water extraction and structural drying
• Set up monitor and remove drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers
• Perform demolition and removal of water-damaged materials
• Document job progress with moisture readings photos and written notes
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle
• Complete required forms and checklists accurately
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must maintain a valid Drivers License & maintain a good driving record
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted and helping maneuver up to 75 lbs with equipment or team assistance
• Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawlspaces attics etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Background in demolition or construction preferred
• IICRC WRT certification a plus (not requiredtraining available)
