Community Banking Business Enablement Analyst

The Community Banking Business Enablement Analyst plays a pivotal role in advancing the mission of Community Banking to engage educate and empower financial confidence and well-being in our communities. Reporting to the Community Banking Business Enablement Manager this role supports strategic initiatives and drives operational excellence across the organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that improve operational efficiency and align with strategic goals.

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.

• Conduct market research to identify competitive trends and emerging opportunities.

• Develop and maintain business enablement tools such as dashboards scorecards playbooks and SharePoint resources.

• Prepare presentations and materials for business reviews and ad hoc requests.

• Ensure compliance with all KeyBank policies procedures and ethical standards.

• Bachelors degree in business finance marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience (required).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis project management or a related role.

• Demonstrated passion for community impact curiosity for learning new skills and tools and a commitment to delivering client-centered solutions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Excel and Tableau (preferred).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $85000 to $120000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
