Job Summary
Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Data Analyst to support our clients Payroll and Finance departments in Austin TX. This is a hybrid role offering a competitive salary comprehensive benefits and the opportunity to drive impactful improvements through data and AI integration.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and assess existing AI tools related to Payroll and Finance
Assist in audits and validation of large data sets and reporting
Gain a deep understanding of existing policies and procedures
Identify areas of improvement and opportunities for AI integration
Develop and deliver reports requested by clients and internal staff
Create tracking mechanisms for frequently requested data items
Qualifications:
35 years of experience in data analysis and/or a bachelors degree in Business Analytics or related field
Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas pivot tables data validation etc.)
Experience auditing and analyzing large data sets (5000 rows)
Knowledgeable in AI tools with hands-on implementation experience
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and reporting skills
