Desired candidate qualification and experience:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or only

• This opening is for freshers only (less than 1year experience in residential construction)

• Experienced candidates may instead apply at must be able todemonstrate confidence motivation and willingness to learn

• Working knowledge of Autocad required

• MS Excel / Computer skills a must

• Candidates who have not completed their course shall not apply

• Candidates who have any outstanding arrears shall not apply

• Candidates who are straight forward energitic and eager to advance their career are welcome.

Typical day at the site:

The responsibilities associated with this job include

• Helpingoverall site execution labour productivity and work schedule

• Following up withthe works as per specific requirements and instructions from the Project Manager

• Daily reporting of site work progress and informing the Project manager about any eventsat the site

• Maintining records ofmaterial requirement estimation and bar bending schedules

• Helping the Site engineer in reparation of weekly labour bills according to the workorders

• Helping to achieveon time attendance smooth functioning and working of all sub-contractors and labors at the site

• Maintaining updated site documents (stock registers working drawings material delivery receipts)as required

• Physically checking the quantity and ensuring the quality of materials delivered at site by the suppliers

• Enforcing personal and material safety at the work site

• Reconciliation of materials and control of tools materials and equiments withing the site

Location:

This job majorly involves field/site work. It is mandatory to be at our project site at all times of execution. You will have to visit main office every day for reporting of work progress.

The project sites are likely to be in Adyar Choolaimedu Arumbakkam Urapakkam (GST Road) & Sholinganallur.

Having your own two wheeler and valid driving license required is strongly recommended.

You are expected to be present at the site at all times. You can expect to have the guidance of the Project engineer and the management whenever it is required.
