What Youll Do

Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat

Provide top-level support and problem-solving

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
What Were Looking For

Fluency in German (C1 minimum)

Good command of English (B2 minimum)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal

Comfortable working in rotative 24/7 shifts including weekends
Working Schedule

Monday to Sunday 24/7 rotational shifts
-
2 rotative days off per week
Compensation & Benefits

1030 gross/month (x14 months/year)

80 monthly performance bonus (x11 months/year)

Meal allowance included

Remote work from anywhere in mainland Portugal

Relocation support provided for candidates relocating from abroad (flights & accommodation)
