Our Branch Banking Group team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Baclaran with the role of Store/Branch Manager.
In this role you will lead the way turning your branch into a hub of growth new ideas and strong customer bonds. You will do more than manage you will make the branch a standout for success and happy customers by selling great products building relationships and helping your team grow.

What the role will entail
- Responsible for making the branch the main distribution channel of the bank by selling its products and services
- Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services suitable to them
- Implement marketing programs/strategies that would promote products increase new bank customers and maximize existing customers share of wallet
- Mentor and coach the branch sales team Business Development Sales Officers (BDSO) Relationship Officers (RO) Sales Associates and New Accounts
- Approve transactions and oversee the performance of service in the branch that would impact customer satisfaction and relationships
- Perform compliance/governance and risk management requirements based on the policies and framework set by the bank
- Perform customer service standards by applying the right attitude and skills using the EastWest Service Pillars and Service Standards
What were looking for
- Bachelors Degree preferably in a business course
- Can Speak Fookien
- Equivalent experience in the banking industry is required
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a sales team
- In-depth knowledge of banking products services and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
