As Board Coordinator you primarily will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Secretaries by coordinating the operational activities around the Supervisory Board and the Management Board which fall under the Corporate Affairs team. T
The Team
The Corporate Affairs team:
Contributes to compliant effective and efficient corporate governance by:
guiding high quality proposals to the corporate boards to ensure effective corporate decision making
facilitating well-prepared efficient board meetings
adhering to applicable standards laws and regulations and
using digital/tech solutions where possible
Provides adequate assurance advice and support on board related content and process matters. Acts as gatekeeper and liaison between the corporate boards the rest of the ING organisation and its stakeholders such as regulatory and supervisory bodies.

We are looking for a hands-on and enthusiastic addition to our team with a sense of humour and a passion for getting things done. Preferably with prior in a similar role within a comparable team.
