Python Web and Full Stack Technical Lead
Required Skills
- 4-7 years of overall application development experience
- 4 Years of Strong experience in Python Web Technologies
Detailed Skillset on Python Web
- Develop intelligent backend services APIs and microservices using Python & Flask APIs.
- Python resource preferable but smart developers with strong inclination to adopt new technologies can be accommodated as well.
- Design smart logic e.g. REST API integrations event-driven workflows data processing ML & LLM model integrations.
- Build secure highly available systems understanding of visitor data security and integrate with various front-ends (web iPad IoT).
- Knowledge of working with PostgreSQL databases.
- Minimum 3 years of strong hands-on experience in designing and writing modular/reusable code using ReactJs.
- Design and implement responsive high-performance web user interfaces using and TypeScript.
- Integrate CMS Backend REST APIs and real-time data streams to deliver interactive experiences.
- Collaborate with backend and iOS teams for a cohesive multi-device experience.
- Write reusable maintainable and testable code with a focus on performance and scalability.
- SDLC awareness Azure Boards Azure Cloud comfort Git source control is preferable.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand existing application architecture and solution design
- Develop Middle Tier using Python Web Frameworks leveraging Microservices architecture
- Build engaging usable and accessible UI applications/components/code libraries for web.
- Work with other architects leads team members in an agile scrum environment
- Understand and respect UX and its role in the development of excellent UIs
- Build engaging usable and accessible UI applications/components/code libraries for web.
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Identify the gaps and come up with working solutions
- Understand enterprise application design framework and processes
- Lead or Mentor junior and/or mid-level developers
- Review code and establish best practices
- Look out for latest technologies and match up with EY use case and solve business problems efficiently
- Ability to look at the big picture
