About the Role
We are looking for English-speaking talent to join a dynamic Customer Service team in sunny Athens! If you enjoy helping others solving problems and working in an international environment this is your chance to live and work abroad with full relocation support.
What Youll Do
- Handle inbound calls emails and chat from English-speaking customers
- Provide solutions with empathy patience and professionalism
- Assist with product information troubleshooting and order support
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all times
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level)
- EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotating shifts (Monday/Sunday)
