For our Business Service Center we are looking for a HR Specialist (m/f/d)in our Frankfurt office to strengthen our team as soon as possible:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute core HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding transfers offboarding)
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies procedures and employment-related matters
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings candidate screening and interview scheduling
- Maintain and update personnel master data and ensure accuracy in HR systems
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR programs and initiatives (e.g. performance management talent development)
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making
- Ensure compliance with labor laws internal policies and corporate standards
- Collaborate closely with payroll finance and other departments on HR-related projects and audits
Experience Requirements / Competencies:
- Completed degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Ideally 3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles preferably in an international environment (experience is a plus not a strict requirement)
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices; experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Proficiency in HRIS systems ideally SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Hands-on proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required
